I would imagine I am one of the crap talkers since I don't make foolish comments but rather spell out the red flags.
I would say you are going to remain happy for a while still. Nearly everything points to continued down pressure for a period of time. We will likely see a rally after current but it is not realistic anymore to expect it to be filed by the deadline on April 2nd. Could it happen, SURE but that would not follow their current rate of producing filings. I personally I do not feel they are capable of suddenly escalating the rate of their accounting work and auditors.
I know most hang their hats on the fact that Parent said it will be filed timely and why not, AFTER ALL HE HAS NEVER BEEN WRONG ON PREDICTING TIME FRAMES RIGHT......LOL
Based on the rate at which the filings are being produced I would be more under the impression we should expect an NT filing in a timely manor and the 10K reported a few weeks later. That is based on the history of how they have been doing things. For me late April seems more realistic.
Hold your cash since we are very likely to see another hit in the 4's before we begin to move. I would recommend waiting for that prior to buying. You can achieve a large share purchase for the money and I personally still feel .008 is possible after current. Nothing wrong with a quick double.
As they say charts show when to buy and fundamentals show what to buy. The chart is clearly pointing to a continued downtrend. Be careful when catching a falling knife. Over the last few weeks we have been setting lower lows and that started with .006 and yesterdays .0045 was a new low for the current trend. We are also setting lower highs.
Not saying its not a good buy but saying personally I think we will see it go lower still and you could likely pick up more than 1 million share for the same money if you wait a little.
