People need to read the S-8 document. It refers to the 2008 Employee and Directors Stock Compensation Plan. The 10.5B shares are for the employees and executives.

Like everyone else I am excited about all the good things that should happen here in the next few months, but I also worry about being let down, like in the past. Getting permit approval is key, and everything looks good so far.
