Their former website was http://aimriteholdings.com.

http://aimritecorp.com was the fraudulent website that Marchi wrongly setup for the company.

The rest of the info is correct. Joby I think assumed at first that since the website had nothing to with Morey, so then it couldn't have been the right company. Since his name was the only public name associated with AIMH. But not it appears the Coleman's were running the site, and were remaining behind the scenes. Once Morey did something wrong, they began taking actions to reverse them, and that's where we are now.
