Universal Semiconductor Technology, Inc. (USTI) is a gallium arsenide (GaAs) compound semiconductor company based in Santa Clara, California - the heart of Silicon Valley's high-tech development and production area. The USTI GaAs foundry manufactures volume quantities of 4-inch wafers for FET products, MMIC and Optoelectronics and various thin film passive products using different GaAs semiconductor epitaxial materials and processes including metal semiconductor field effect transistor (MESFET), pseudomorphic high electron mobility transistor (pHEMT), and the indium gallium phosphide heterojunction bipolar transistor (HBT), PIN photodetector arrays and vertical cavity surface emitting lasers (VCSEL).

Today, we have the following positions open:

GaAs Process Engineer -- This position requires an experienced compound semiconductor process engineer with a strong background in GaAs and/or InP processes, to sustain and develop fab processes. Must be able to work with little supervision and communicate well with others.
Candidates with MS and Ph.D degrees and new graduates majored in semiconductor processing are encouraged to apply.

GaAs Device Engineers -- This position requires an experienced compound semiconductor device and processing engineer with a strong background in GaAs and/or InP devices and processing to sustain and develop products. Must be able to work with little supervision and communicate well with others. Candidates with MS and Ph.D and new graduates majored in semiconductor devices are encouraged to apply.

GaAs FAB Operations Manager -- This position requires an experienced compound semiconductor FAB specialist to manage the front and back end processing for a two-shift operation. Candidates with BS, MS and Ph.D degrees are encouraged to apply.
