Per the slide each site will have a static "secondary" lab likely intended for only ongoing monitoring and adjusting. JBI may intend to move the "primary" mobile lab to the construction site, build the three processor cluster, using the mobile lab for initial calibration and monitoring, until the static lab is finished. Rinse. Lather Repeat.
Looks to me that the mobile lab use to be the mobile tape reading unit from a few years back converted into a mobile lab. Nice to see the mobile unit being recycled into a more usefull tool for our company. I remember the tiles on the ground of the lab from the old unit so I think its the same one.
