Just because an issue has a HIGH (its all relative) OS count in your opinion, doesnt always mean it cant fly.

Take ACTC for example. OS count was 1.6B.. yes 1.6 BILLION shares.

explain how it moved from .01 - .02 area to nearly .30 a share?

it is now trading around .11..but that was just one issue that showed me..sometimes it has to do more about MASS APPEAL then OS counts.

Will see...not supporting INTK, just saying..i do agree that it is high..but again..there are higher..there are lower.

The technology may fit MASS APPEAL, but again....seems like it has to take hold..until then it trends..no real direction..and gravity applies..imo
