The Rumor Mill: GEAR - Gear International, Inc. Please read this entire email before you buy! On the heels of two successful Rumor Mill trades in a row, I am happy to report that it appears that a promotion will take place on one of our old friends, GEAR. As you know, I've liked this one for a promotion for a while now and since the completion of the change in line of business from golf gear to gold mining is now complete, it should be no surprise that the promotions are a-coming. Another indication of the intent to create promotability is the company's recent announcement that it is rolling back the number of authorized share's by almost 80% as well as cancelling a class of preferred shares. I have been over this stock with you several times and this is another one that I have consistently averaged down, although that is usually a bad idea. But based on the popularity of gold mining promotions and the share restructuring, I really believe that a strong promotional effort is coming here. Based on the rumor, the first leg starts tomorrow, although I do not know whether it is the start of a major campaign or just a first effort. We have seen in the past that the share price in GEAR moves easily and I think that this can revisit the double digit pennies with any type of strong promotion. I like this deal on a promotion, both in the short term and long term, so here is what I would do: If you already own stock on my previous alert, then I would buy a little for the purpose of flipping out a profit into the promotion and recovering some of your previously invested funds. Then I would wait and see what happens in the coming days/weeks. If you are new to this stock, I would buy enough that you will own a nice stash once you flip out half at a double, and hopefully own the other half for free. My plan is to take a little off the table tomorrow, provided that we see decent gains. Otherwise, I'll wait. Disclosure: As of the writing of this alert, I own 230,000 shares of GEAR at an average price of 1.8 cents ($ .012)
