Sorry. By dilution, I meant the bad dilution that nobody likes, and is very negative to the stock.
If they choose to use good dilution, then that is up to them, but at this point I don't know what their own monetary situation is and what cash they have.
Just checked the OTC website, and saw that the Disclosure Statement that Marchi issued has been removed and marked as inactive by the OTC Markets site. Hopefully, this is a prelude to the complete removal of Marchi. Getting rid of the Information & Disclosure Statement that hinted at a R/S, which triggered the small sell-off is definitely a big step in halting any attempt of a R/S, and eventually removing Marchi.
