Outstanding shares are about 20,500,000, public float about 18,750,000.

The company does not have any producing properties. We encountered some setbacks regarding our reorganization plan, but we are working on it.

The company does not have any active mining leases, or patent claims that I am aware. We have not finished investigating the possibility that some residual patent claims may exist.

The company is not currently profitable.

The SEC filings should occur in the next 2 months.

We should have some new announcements in this same time frame.
