Dr., I can try to point in the right direction in terms of our positioning in the industry but a fact is not a fact until its a fact. In my attempt to be intuitive, optimistic and calculatingly speculative in my sharing of information, I must try carefully not to mis-lead because things change quickly as we all know, therefore if info comes across as a riddle, I do apologize, for to mold a scenario based on a mixture of facts and speculation can be communicatively challenging. Anybody out there heard anything lately on the merger...? Last understood was hopes for year's end or first month 06. Not that I want to start a controversy -- "but" as I recall Peter mentioned (per last shareholders conference call) that it would be roughly/approx/??? = forgot exact verbage -- a 1:1 stock swap SCMI for MMXT. With MMXT fully reporting -- less outstanding shares -- trading at a higher share price --how does this make sense...? Think a few large MMXT holders are making some grumblings behind the scenes. Interesting to learn how this will unfold as we get closer to year's end. Pink SCMI is hurting the share price of MMXT. For the record I own both "but" more of MMXT...Best to All
