if you go into the books doing a DD it normally takes a 3-4 days, however this company is very small. After that there will be a report to the board (of CHRI) to formally confirm or reassess the initial price assumptions, and then thereafter contact to HBRM management to come to a common proposal to be communicated.

If all that would happen in one week, it would be very quick.
