Not sure how you get $1/share in net income? Adjusted earnings were .27/share for Q4. Earnings for the year would be .58/share. Projecting about 20-30% EBITA growth in 2012...so 20-30% growth on the bottom line would get them to earnings of .70-.80/share, not $1/share? If you figure Q4 earnings of .27/share on adjusted EBITA of $18.7M...then the 2012 estimate of adjusted EBITA of $55-$60M seems like it would translate into earnings around .80/share as well.
I passed on ZAGG. I think the huge growth numbers could send it higher. But I feel like I'm chasing as stock has already had a terrific run the last couple months. So going to watch from the sidelines. Lots of shorts on this one so should be interesting!
