Why do you think this is an overbought ATM? Perfect short? A company with less than a $300 million market cap, close to $100 million in the bank after the Merck payments, 70% of development costs being paid for by Merck, strong phase 2 data for a horrific disease with few effective drugs on the market, a drug that may be used with other therapies to treat other forms of cancer, the possibility of seeking FDA/European approval based on phase 2 data and upcoming conferences that they eagerly wanted to join to announce further details of the results which may show the data is even stronger than we thought and yet this is an overbought ATM? Please explain. I am hopeful you aren't one of those bashers from the yahoo board that throws out these statements but can't/won't back them up.
