It is time to post the "rules" again for those newly visiting the board.

You know, the thing about people not buying a stock that goes down, etc.

A year ago almost to the day after I had lost 75% of all the money I had in the world in the penny market, those rules saved my bacon and over here at TEVE I have recovered a good portion of those losses.
