Not a single mention of the SEC court case? This was supposed to be a call for investors, right?
Seems like it was a sleeper, with very little real information being put out. All I've heard for months and months is how processor 2 and 3 were likely finished. All this time and money spent, no revenues from processor 1 because they had sparks from welding processor 2? C'mon, who's going to swallow this malarkey?
All sounds really great- but did he address the legal stuff?
