I hope you are right. I have a lot invested in Thqi thanks to buying on the dips. This thing has more dips then a roller coaster.

Well, you might just be right about THQI going over a dollar by July 4. The only thing that all of us have to worry about is whether that push over the Dollar mark is created by good business model or by taking the route of a Reverse Stock Split that many companies tend to take that are about to be Delisted.

[u]Investopedia explains 'Reverse Stock Split

For example, a 1-for-2 reverse split means you get half as many shares, but at twice the price. It's usually a bad sign if a company is forced to reverse split - firms do it to make their stock look more valuable when, in fact, nothing has changed. A company may also do a reverse split to avoid being delisted

Great article on Reverse stock split

Under a normal stock split, investors typically receive two shares for each share they hold, and the price is cut in half. For example, a person holding a stock worth $80 receives two shares of the same stock, but the price is cut to $40.

With a reverse split, the investor may receive just one share for each 10 shares held, but the price is multiplied 10-fold. For example, a person with 1,000 shares of a 10-cent stock would end up with 100 shares of a $1 stock.

Reverse splits are typically used to keep a stock price at a high enough level, such as $1, that the shares are not booted off the Nasdaq. However, in many cases the higher price proves to be temporary as the shares once again slip into penny-stock status
