What do you think is left of New Miami,a private investor didn't "give" them 300,000 dollars,it is what he "got" they forgot to tell us!Typical of a non disclosing company.Also where is they money comming from to list in Frankfurt?Hopefully not more shares issued.And how many shares are going to go to the promotional fund raiser?Usually they get quite a few.Again no answers just hype,of money raised and more to be raised,but at what cost?Already almost a quarter billion shares out.Enormous RS must be in the works,gigantic dilution very possible,huge losses may be comming shortly.
