I'm betting JBI won't be one of the first PIPE funded OTC stocks in history to become profitable, so I think pennies are in the future. How far in the future is anyone's guess. A LOT of incentive to not let it fall too fast.

The big risk/unknown are the SEC and class action suits. If something big hits there, it could drop to pennies in a matter of days. PIPE holders may be willing to catch a slipping knife, but no one wants to be the one catching it falling from a cliff.
