If you haven't noticed there has been some hard tree shaking done here on the UBRG board. That combined with the dilutive financing has scared many out of their position,
As Buffet says - Buy on hear and be fearful when others are greedy.
News was released @ 2:30 Friday. Most shareholders were not even aware of the financial #'s until after the market closed.
