Lots of pink sheet companies are fully reporting compliant even if the report they file is not that good. There is no logical and good reason for Lyric not to be a fully compliant reporting company if they are legitimate and their business is being conducted in a professional manner.
Uh they have been in business for over 11 years. Are you saying they are just now starting to take off? If so, then why would they not want the world to know via press releases and full disclosed financials so as to remove the investor alert warning from the OTC market website?
