#16075 RE: Chaebol #16073

here this from around feb 3rd! my post
then his! This the point, ALL YOU HAFT TO DO IS SHOW THE CONVICTION!!!!

Samblis was never charged with stock fraud. That statement is a slanderous lie. The thing in 1998 was a civil issue not fraud and not criminal. He was a guest editor on another companies newsletter and the SEC dropped the case within a week after talking to him. He never paid a fine, he was never found to have done anything wrong. He never admitted to doing anything wrong. Again it was civil, not criminal. There was no arrest because it was civil.

He has never been charged with any type securities fraud ever. If there was an issue with his background ICPA would not be public. He was the CEO that registered to take the company public and the SEC looks into every company when they file and will turn done companies with officers with any fraud or criminal issues. Bottom line is they approved him because there are no issues with him.

My DD was done in Aug. Clean!! A little blemish and the truth gets twisted for personal gains!

The response!

he was never charged huh

[b The SEC is seeking an expedited hearing and preliminary injunction
against Samblis and NSI for violating Section 17(b) of the Securities Act
of 1933. Section 17(b) makes it illegal for any person to distribute any
publication recommending a security while being paid to do so without fully
disclosing that he has been or will be paid for recommending the stock and
the amount he has been or will be paid. In addition to a preliminary
injunction, the SEC seeks a permanent injunction against Samblis and NSI,
disgorgement of ill-gotten profits, and civil money penalties.]

How old is Steve? 14 years ago he might have been only 18-22 the trouble years anyway. I have a 20 year old, and a 22 year old, both in college, but their brains are not in order yet as to life. Hell I was arrested myself when I was 18 years old. What it really does to you, is it builds your character in wanting to better yourself to prove the critics wrong. As Perchy said, it was dismissed, now Steve looks to get his career going, and it seems to be very bright 14 years later. I believe we already talked about this a month ago lol. End of discussion.....money to be made here........$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$$
