Yes, within the recent 8k the new owners are listed, the New CEO Vern Wilson has a track record in the O & G business, Vern ownes 100's of Oil Wells, several are producing wells, if he moves any of those assets into the Co that immediately adds real value to the Co, IMO this is a short to med term play, 2-8 weeks! With the low share structure and Insiders owning 45% of the OS the pps could very easily rise to .10-.20 rather quickly!
