I have to say, the "cloak and dagger games" played on this board would be funny if they weren't so pathetic. Either half the people here are operating with insider information and thus violating SEC regs, or they're completely ignorant and simply being lead around by the nose by employees of a company that has absolutely zero ethics.
If there is news that is not suitable for general publication and you are acting on it....well...that is something the feds will find interesting some day I am sure. If the information is not illegal, why the secrecy?
