Absolutely WRONG.. the quotes were published for public consumption by JD... the PR was issued and signed off on by JD.. directions were given publicly which would lead *ANYONE* interested in finding it the ability to do so.


I understand fully why the likes of *JD* and his ***ENABLERS*** would have no interest in seeing his quotes surface at this time.


It is NOT HEARSAY.. it contradicts certain *enabling* statements ..but that is not hearsay.

Hearsay is

So you see the fact that this PR is Archived on numerous websites for all to see makes this definition null and void. Can't find the PR? Here is a hint, go the main EXPH page. I promise you it is there within just a couple mouse clicks.

Now this definitely applies to *phone calls*, conversations with locals, conversations with the SEC, and NSS conspiracy theory because there is no third party verification like there is with PRs.

Oh and the third party verifiable info also applies to government websites. You don't get more disinterested than that no matter how much it is desired to sweep that info under the rug.
