i was in the camp who wasn't sure the co. would survive
the events of 2008 >> but then this isn't about me *ACC441*

and i prefer all aspects are put in total context re: EXPO

what i find odd is how the events of april 2009 (which lead
to the events of july and sept 2009) >> never get *discussed*

however
since it does appear that EXPO has been successfully KILLED
the only aspect *I AM INTERESTED IN* is whether EXPO's mgmt was
directly involved >> if so >> there is no gray here
re: securities fraud >> all *involved* will face the consequences

as always what others have interest in is their concern
