Look Dave, I think words or posts are being misconstrued here so let's let it go. No where did I state that Scup and David were part of any Stock Promotion deal.
If that were the case they would be gone, they were part of a demo or promotion for the product. They were compensated or reimbursed for that work after it became apparent that they were excellent at and quite willing to talk about the benefits of the product. Eric saw an oportunity to use them for this purpose. End of story.
Are they good guys for doing this? If that is what they wanted to do(and the CEO offered them this opportunity) I can not fault them for their enthusiasm in promoting the product.
Were they privvy to insider info I have no idea but that is for the shareholders to decide? I
never said they did not do a good job or were less than enthusiastic and willing to do this for the company and to let the public know about the product.
Whatever they did I am sure it was for good reasons. The board seems to be unable to separate the perception here form the reality.
