its not the right move at this time because aquiring a company wont benefit them..in fact it will devastate the pps and pretty much ruin the company..

lets face it, if you've done a lousy job of running your business and cant sell your product, diluting the hell out of your stock to buy a second company to mismanage and attempt to sell the product retail that you have already failed to sell wholesale is probably not the right thing to do at this time...

if kblb had billions in sales and millions in profits, THAT would be a great time to do it...fortunately you probably would not need too..lol

so really its probably not a good idea at any time..

but it does serve well as a carrot...and as a business plan..because you know there will be plenty of unsophisticated investors out there who will say BOOYAAA!..what a great idea!..kims gettin er done....lol

The only company KBLB can afford to "acquire" is a silk shack. What KBLB needs is a BIG facility. Lots of room for worms and lots of spinning equipment...... and if KBLB plans to do this anywhere but in a 3rd world country, then look out it will cost WAYY too much to produce silk elsewhere. There is no such thing as ip/patent protection in China though.
