it's a hypothetical

but i will share what i find disgusting

a complete disregard for exph's
stock being manipulated via wash
trading even tho' massive amounts of $$$$
was cleared courtesy of 2 orchestrated runs
and the *FACT* that not only did i raise
concerns via posts contemporaneously (2009)
but that those concerns (including my complaints
filed with the sec specific to *curious trades*
and very specific MMs') were both mocked on the
one hand and *resented* on the other >> which made
for some revealing reading in real time (2009)

ironically as i noted in sept 2009 >> JD had no complaints

which brings me to this >> it's 2012 >> EXPO has
been successfully KILLED >> i would expect *ALL*
want specific info and time frames known as to how
that came about in total >> if JD *orchestrated* each
and every aspect of this >> then he goes to jail >>

but if he was *played* like other OTC co.s were b4 him
then i can cut him some slack >> it's called *setting up*
it's done across multiple levels and JD never came across
as a sophisticated CEO from my interaction with him >>

again i will reserve judgment until all FACTS are on the table

i have basic caveats >> one of which is i never invest more than
i can afford to lose
