Take it for what you can interpret it as.....But know....the same PR's/Blog's/Memo's/Financials and anything of relevance you or anyone else bases their DD on to believe he is doing what is absolutely correct and "legal"....is the same DD I can use and analyze to base my opinion on to believe he is doing something wrong and/or giving half ass answers and truths...

P.S...Ask your CEO to give more clearer responses and you will not run into this problem...Don't be mad at the messenger...

"Are you saying that Eric is doing something illegal?"

Not that your opinion or mine makes any difference Its a legal issue. I do however feel due to Erics not making absolutely certain through full and crystal clear exposure to the shareholder that he has opened the door for any "potential" inquiry. The securities law is the ultimate decision maker. Regardless being right or wrong, do you think that this is at all healthy for an inquiry to even happen? Its just like this chill issue. His explanation was a "small technical issue". That is hogwash. It happened, if there was cause for the DTC to pin a chill and they did its because it was something more to it than a small technical issue and you won't get full disclosure on the real technical issue . It won't be resolved either as Eric seemingly implies. (small technical issue IMO implies its going to be an easy fix) Eric is a word smith and a creative writer leaving way to many points of concern left wide open to interpretation. He is titled as a CEO. He is called upon to be concise and clear. He has brought this dark cloud upon himself.

Are you saying that Eric is doing something illegal?

could be both the CEO and the share holders involved are treading on very thin legal ice..

Like i said before, it's highly irregular for share holders to be promoting products while being compensated by the company
and posting, promoting the same products and the company
on a stock message board 100% dedicated to selling stock and discussing the company and product

tainted is way to nice of a word
imo
