Ron, Not sure GOLDEN PARACHUTES is correct. For one thing, They make provisions not to pay those who commit felonies, or injure the company. 2 1/2 years pay, to leave, may not be Terribly Golden. Sure, it's huge to the average guy. Not so huge for executives.
