thats some interesting info there zez. I didn't know about the secondary market you mentioned. As for the 1:10 ratio, it allows Frank to keep all his shares and his voting rights. The only question is how many of the preferred shares will count towards the OS. I believe it will be the 500 mil instead of the 5 billion. I am starting to look into it deeper as we all are.
