It's part of the on-going CDEx scam. Last time during the Loch/CDEx transition they sued themselves. This time right after the MP/JB transition they're forcing a bankrupcy on themselves.

You are so right. Totally unreasonable time line. But note that some of that was a PR..non-official. Actually a BALD FACED LIE from the CEO.

He is no stranger to BK, having had a couple of Chap 7 himself. So he WELL knows that nothing is settled in any FEW days.
