Do they want to reverse merge with Elite?

If eltp does a reverse merger into epic, is there anyway to estimate what the share price might look like on the other end?
So much going on here, makes my head spin.
If MM have been able to keep the price down for a group of people tp accumulate stock. I would guess that they are not going to be able to do so for much longer if at all.
