How about it. Just the fact they need that amount of space and they had to reschedule due to all the vendors, etc. that want in is amazing. When this news breaks about the concert and the big names (supposedly) that will be there, everyone will know about Phoneguard.

I know there is tons of negativity on this board right now, and understandably with the pps. BUT, I can't imagine a sub penny stock with a future concert and publicity like Phoneguard will soon have.

I'm just lurking around and adding little by little. I don't remember the last day that sells outnumbered buys. Even at 1.5 billion OS, I'm totally in. Someone is loading up on shares in my opinion. Even if it is dilution, why did they wait and do it now when this merger was in the works months ago. They could have gotten much more per share. OR, dilute at this price so certain people could load the boat.
