The way I read the filing is:

#1 Increase of A/S will not be immidiately be in effect and thus we I don't think more dilution will be coming in a near future.

#2 R/S: If you read between the lines they're talking about a R/S IF the PPS stays below $1 after the second extension...


I say we don't panic now and believe we all will have a chance to get out of out positions at breakeven or a profit in a very near future.

Thats what I am saying. This SEC seems weird. I know he wants to raise cash but coming out with this filing now will do more harm to the company. There is PR coming next week and DMX album is about to drop. It would have been better to put this out when the SP was at least in the 50s. Why release this SEC filing have people bail and R/S a stock in the teens.
