casaprop if HLNT will not lobby for grant money you should. 50 to 100 million government grant money could put the wildcat nationwide. This would add tens of thousands of jobs and maybe hundreds of thousands of jobs saved. This would also keep food prices in check via savings for farmers and savings for transporting of food. HLNT could be bigger than anything most here could imagine!!!

Our military could save billions of dollars a year by installing the wildcat!!!

Write Congress and Local Media multiple sources all at once; easily using this:
http://www.congress.org/

Tell them about the great opportunity HTI affords citizens to save on fuel costs and improve our environment!

Sample:

I would like to present an idea that I think would be of great interest to citizens. It involves a technology that many people have heard exists, but never seems to make it to market: that of hydrogen supplementation to increase fuel mileage.

There is a company in Arkansas that is making a real go of it with this technology: Highline Technical Innovations. They have (with the help of a local university) come up with a system that is computer controlled to maintain the correct hydrogen input to the engine, thus producing repeatable, dependable results of up to 30% improvement in fuel mileage, 50% reduction in emissions, and 10% greater power and torque. It uses an onboard electrolysis hydrogen generator which runs at low amperages. They have recently applied for EPA certification, and it looks like they have received preliminary approval.

With your emphasis on Emissions Reduction, and Environmental
Accountability, I thought this would find a good fit in your public policy. With rising fuel prices, this technology may be the key to maintaining company profitability, and a great ecological boon to our environment!
