#5483 RE: In XS #5482

In XS, Nasty 2 & Pastorboy... I agree 100% with everything you guys say. There will soon be a revolt in shareholder land. Whether it will make any difference or not is yet another question yet to be answered. I think it is safe to say the vast majority of shareholders love what CD has done in the field but they hate the way he is running our company. Why is it that some on the iHub board think CD has done a good job at running our company? Have you not noticed that our blips to the upside are getting lower and lower? While we use to be able to bounce up to between .75 and .90, those days are long past. Then we bounced to .50. Now tThose days are like a distant memory. Now our bounces take us to .35. In other words, there's way more sellers than buyers.....and it says about all that needs to be said when In EXS stated that he bought one of the private placements back in 2007 at .35....four years of dead money as the market is at multi year highs and the last four years has seen the greatest gold bull market in history....and what has that gotten for EXS shareholders?

Remember when the banks suddenly decided they were going to charge customers to use their debit cards? What happened as a result? Bank customers revolted and the banks all of a sudden rescinded their fees. I suggest the same thing here. It's high time EXS shareholders revolted. It blows my mind that with the exception of one board member, no other board member that sits on our board of directors has a vested interest. Don't know about you guys and gals but to me that is totally insane. Our board is letting Chris Dupont do whatever he pleases. Whose company is this? Is it Chris Dupont's company or is it ours?

So I will pose my final question to you. Let's take eight people from the iHub chat board. Some of us have large positions and some of us have smaller positions. I am giving this example just in theory, but if we were able to appoint eight people from the iHub board to sit on our board of directors, I would like a show of hands from eight people how many of you would have voted to allow Chris Dupont to give away the ranch as he has done in this financing deal. It's truly a pathetic situation.
