Of course what you just quoted was a statement that he made specifically regarding people he has spoken to and their feelings regarding the NSS situation with MDMN.


BUT, WHEN YOU SAY THAT THESE 2 STATEMENTS ARE EQUAL I WILL WHOLEHEARTEDLY DISAGREE;

"A lot of the people in the securities law industry think the naked short selling attack on Medinah was one of the most heinous attacks yet."

AND

"Decosta claims he has friends in securities who say that the NSS attack on medinah is the most heinous attack they have ever seen."

He NEVER mentioned "friends" and that is a significant distinction. As you may or may not know, Dr. Decosta has spoken in front of numerous committees as an authority on abusive NSS. If you aren't, I'm sure a nice full study regarding his entire body of work may be in order. Alone, Dr. Decosta can legitimately be considered an AUTHORITY regarding abusives NSS, and he has a particular understanding of it regarding Medinah Minerals.
