I think that the sudden surge in price just shocked them. But I believe that any stock they picked would have had the same result and been flagged as well. After the success with NSRS and AMWI, they gained way more followers and it should have been expected that their next pick would fly quickly. Bad foresight on their part.

Caveat Emptor on the OTC is merely an automated response when any stock on the BB's has unusual or umcommon movement like volume spikes and significant price movements.

It is exactly what the definition is "Beware" as in caution. It has no difinitive indication of fraudulence or investigation of any sort!
