If anyone does not believe that you can send the certs back to the company and a broker will accept a electronic deposit, well please call your broker and company or accept your loss.

I do not have certificates and would never consider a private placement of a penny stock so I cannot create the action to prove its possible.

Certificates and transfers from broker to broker are no longer allowed with penny stocks on the pinks but it will not stop pink companies from issuing shares.

Most on this board must think the PP holders are the dumbest people on the planet for getting suckered so easily but the reality is the shares are not worthless and can be sold after restrictions are removed. I cannot answer to how dumb they might be but I can answer that the shares are not worthless.

I will not post on the subject anymore since the argument means nothing anyway. I did my DD and found the answers. If others don't want to believe it....Oh well..
