This isn't about TOU bending rules. Its about what SEC laws state. Its a fact not an opinion that has diverse meanings. This is nothing more than a distraction to try and down play the question. No harm, no foul...but why is this such a secretive issue. Silence isn't the answer, it perpetuates pretty logical guilty assumptions. Why let that happen? disclose the facts so we can better understand his being an advocate and ambassadorship of the company and what they do. As it stands right now if your not disclosing I would stop posting. I'm sure its an SEC point of interest but then they don't need to look to far and they see OH another stinky pinky what else is new.
