It is just like those phone numbers where if you press the button that says you are a new customer, you get someone immediately. and as soon as they realize you are already a customer, bam...you get transferred to another # where you wait, and wait,...I am sick of this but too late to sell as far as I am concerned. will just hope I can some day recupp my investment/.
