How many outstanding SEVIT? Check the filings again pal. Don't go by otcmarkets.com they are usually wrong. They don't automatically update the shares structure on otcmarkets.com. The company has to notify otcmarkets.com of their current share structure then it is posted.
Also, where do you think all of these shares getting dumped are coming from? They are being released by IKE as conversion of notes just like the 8k's state. Therefore, the O/S is probably higher than last reported in the filings.
