Steve, You are only looking for the negative regardless the probability of that assessment being correct. The numbers just don't add up for insiders to be dumping. As I pointed out yesterday's post, if there is any dumping going on of the restricted shares, it is less than 30M (50M sold since mid January). There were hundreds of millions of shares sold in private placements ant given to insiders. So clearly, this wasn't/isn't insider action (not to mention that it would be illegal to do so).
