It would be most interesting to know how J&J arrived at the $4.00 per share takeout of a small disinfectant company. I wonder what kind of market and revenue identification was done leading up to the buyout? The market cap of the little company also would come into play. Do you know who it was? There should be some historical information available on any small publicly traded company. I would like to crunch some numbers on that situation.

Good point/reminder about that JJ history. A company like JJ has a track record of handling any issue I could imagine happening "in the field"

Also interesting to learn that there could be more than one exit door. Hope it comes together. I look forward to seeing pics, and reading future news.
