It is hard to say. I would venture a guess it has something to do with eventually executing their stock options and/or taking further equity stakes within the company or any JV/entity that might be sprung from one of these lucrative claims. Could be accounting moves for tax purposes. Could be unrelated to LBSR. There could be numerous reasons, but I think it just further signifies the relationship JB and LL have and probably their expectations for the future. We need an accounting/tax specialist to provide some clarity.
