The whole point of the reverse is the uplist... to get on an exchange ( AMEX?) and leave the PINKS. Big money ( historically) isn't comfortable with pinks... hedge funds and the like don't give it a look until about 4.00 a share. They want concrete accounting and transparency... imagine your investment group loses 75% of your retirement portfolio- now imagine that you see where they sunk half of that into a Pink- any Pink. I'd be a little pissed! Also, keep in mind that the company hasn't mentioned a reverse since 2010. It's not in stone that it goes down- it makes sense it MAY go down.
