I don't think there would be a buyback until after revenue is generated. IMO they might think of a share buyback later this year when things are running 100%. The company appears to be fairly frugal dumping shares into the OS in order to buy whatever they need. They don't have to dump all AS shares.
You're right, mp, no buyback in the near future for sure. Those additional authorized shares are there for another purpose. Anyone who can read the SEC filings will see that.
