If you look at the facts in the email APS sent out today, it all points to AWSR.

AWSR is in Utah
AWSR's yahoo finance page has target price of $4.50
AWSR is under contract with Pacific Corp
AWSR is a coal mining company
Not sure about the warren Buffet thing, but hey somebody here can find that out.
