The company's story is compelling and interesting. In the back of one's mind there is always the belief that if the company can execute their stated business plan, then SP could soar. The cyclic nature of this stocks performance and its 52 week low can give you some idea of where its real support levels lie.
However, when you look at their balance sheet, they would have to make millions of new revenue to even get to the lighted part of the hole. I think that long term investors believe that any good news can cause impulse buying of this stock.
Past history seems to support this. During the big pump a few weeks ago, I was frequently lambasted for giving guarded comments. These pumps almost always end in a SP that retreats near or even below the historic pricing that existed prior to the pump. Of course, the monster with 2.5 billion teeth lies low in the grass at present as well.
Unfortunately, much of what IHUB isused for is board pumping which often follows P&D newsletters. On this and other boards, I have seen impassioned posts from people who bought into the hype and were subsequently made bagholders. The seasoned folks often ride the pumps and get out before the death spiral occurs. I raised this scenario during the pump frenzy a few weeks ago, and sure enough, it transpired pretty much exactly the way I wrote.
These deals are predictable after you spend a bit of time to see a few through. There is a system at work here and the end result is winners and losers with the new blood generally losing.
